A clinician who builds what the field is missing
Dr. Cleveland Robinson entered the mental health profession in 2014 with a clear conviction: access to quality care should not depend on zip code, language, or income. That belief has shaped every decision he has made since — from earning his Ed.D in Education to founding Robinson House Behavioral Health Services in 2018.
Robinson House was built as a full-spectrum practice from the beginning — serving individuals, couples, families, and organizations across a wide range of needs. Over time, Dr. Robinson expanded his licensure across five states, allowing him to serve clients throughout Texas, New Mexico, Florida, Idaho, and Nebraska through HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
In 2024, Dr. Robinson began building technology tools to extend his clinical mission beyond the therapy room. Tiyare Care — a free bilingual AI-powered pediatric triage tool — was designed for the parents he saw struggling to navigate the healthcare system alone at 2am. Built on AAP, CDC, and Schmitt-Thompson 2026 protocols, it is now used by families across the DFW area and beyond.
He also created the CER2 Practice Cash Flow Tracker — a free financial tool built specifically for therapists in private practice, designed to reduce the financial anxiety that drives so many clinicians out of independent practice.
Dr. Robinson is also a certified Master Trainer in Implicit Bias, delivering training to healthcare organizations, schools, and corporations across Texas. His school-based telehealth work brings mental health support directly into educational environments — meeting students where they are.
Licensed in 5 states
Dr. Robinson holds independent licensure in each state — not reciprocity agreements. Full telehealth services available to clients in all five states.
How Dr. Robinson approaches care
Meet people where they are
Every client brings a unique history, culture, and set of circumstances. Effective therapy starts by understanding that context — not applying a one-size-fits-all model.
Access is a clinical issue
When people can't reach care — because of cost, language, geography, or stigma — outcomes suffer. Removing those barriers is part of the work, not a nice-to-have.
Technology extends the mission
Free tools like Tiyare Care and the CER2 Tracker exist because Dr. Robinson believes clinicians should use every available resource to serve their communities.
